The cricket Association of Bengal Announced Rs.2,64,000 cash award for world record score of 264 in India's fourth ODI Srilanka on Thursday.

Joint Secretary Subir Ganguly said that celebrating 150 years of Eden Gardens existence,was quick to announce that they would give Rs.1,000 per run for Sharma's memorable inning's.

Rohit Sharma said "I made my Ranji debut here, my Test debut here, got a 100 in the IPL and now this. The crowd here has been brilliant, they love the game here," Sharma said.
